| Abstract: | Outlook of scientific development and harmonious socialist society are new and strategically guiding ideology put forward by the Party's Central Committee in the charge of General Secretary Hu Jintao on the basis of the report of the sixteenth Congress of CPC.The former is the premise of and approach to the latter,and the latter is the guarantee and objective of the former,they are integrated with one another. |
