乙苯-苯乙烯加热炉优化改造分析

摘    要:乙苯-苯乙烯装置3台加热炉经过长周期运行后出现烟气排放超标,炉壁保温层保温效果下降,炉外壁温度偏高,导致燃料气耗量大,于2017及2019年分别进行了火嘴更换和节能改造,改造后烟气排放远低于基准值,减少了空气污染,同时提高了炉壁保温效果,降低了装置能耗,保证了加热炉更加高效环保、低耗运行.

Abstract:After a long period of operation,the flue gas emission of the three heaters in the ethylbenzene styrene unit exceeded the standard,The heat preservation effect of furnace wall insulation layer decreased,The temperature of furnace outer wall is high,which leads to high fuel gas consumption,In 2017 and 2019,the burner was replaced and the energy-saving transformation was carried out,and the flue gas emission after the transformation was far lower than the reference value,The air pollution is reduced and the heat preservation effect of furnace wall is improved,The energy consumption of the unit is reduced,and the heating furnace is more efficient,environmental protection and low consumption operation.
