The state-owned enterprises as independent market entities are independently managed and responsible for their own profits and losses.They bear the risks of investment,operation,and decision-making by themselves,pursue economic benefits and ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.Procurement by bidding is the most important method of procurement for state-owned enterprises,focusing on compliance of procedures,but often the results are not ideal,which damages the interests of state-owned enterprises.This article takes the bidding procurement of large state-owned enterprises as the research object,systematically analyzes the typical risks of bidding,and puts forward corresponding measures.It provides reference for preventing bidding risks,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprises,improving bidding procurement quality,and promoting the highquality development of state-owned enterprises.
