金川富矿新组合捕收起泡药剂试验研究

摘    要:对金川二矿区富矿石开展新捕收剂和起泡剂试验研究, 用“ Y89-2 +PN405” 新组方取代“ 丁黄药+J-622” 现场组方, 小型试验和工业试验表明, 新组方能优化选别指标, 降低精矿中氧化镁含量, 提高铜镍回收率, 同时, 也能较大幅度降低选矿药剂成本。

Abstract:A study is made of flotation separation of high grade ore of No 2 mining area of Jinchuan by a combined use of new collector and new frother.The results obtained by the laboratory and industrial tests, which were carried out by using the new regent combination“Y89-2 +PN405” to substitute the old one “Butyl xanthate + J-622”, show that the new reagent combination can not only improve the separation results, reduce the MgO content of concentrate and increase the copper recovery,but also greatly reduce the reagent cost.
