固态物料超临界CO2萃取的传质模型

摘    要:对超临界CO2萃取固体物料的过程进行了机理分析,在分子缔合理论的基础上建立了描述超临界CO2流体萃取固态物料传质特性的数学模型,确立了用于估算超临界CO2流体萃取固态物料颗粒所需时间的方法,并提出了宏观萃取速率表达式,实现了超临界萃取过程研究的计算机化,既可从过程的静态和动态特征寻求适当的操作和控制,实现过程的数学模拟放大,有助于投资前的经济预算,有效减小投资风险,也可作为超临界CO2萃取过程的研究手段,减少实验探索的工作量。

Abstract:The mechanism of extraction of solid raw material with supercritical CO_2 was analyzed,a model describing its mass transfer characteristic was established,a method to estimate extraction time was formed,and a calculation formula for mass transfer rate was derived.Thus,the computerized research for supercritical CO_2 extraction was achieved.All of these are contributive to realize the simulated scale-up of extraction process so as to reduce the investment risk according to economic budget before investment,and also to reduce the exploring experiments of research on supercritical CO_2 extraction.
