摘    要:提出基于理想成形理论的板料冲压成形一步正向有限元分析方法。给出迭代初始解获取、线性化处理、收敛条件判定等具体算法,以及所使用的材料应力应变关系和屈服准则。运用该方法进行带凸缘盒形件和无凸缘筒形件的冲压成形模拟,将减薄率与增量有限元方法计算结果进行比较,并就无凸缘筒形件进行实验验证。结果表明,该方法计算结果可靠,使用简便,计算效率高。

Abstract:Based on the theory of ideal forming,a forward one-step approach of finite element analysis for sheet metal forming was developed.The methods to obtain the initial solution for iteration,to linearize and to judge convergence were given.The constitutive relationship and yield criterion of the material were also presented.The forming processes of a box workpiece with flange and a cylinder workpiece without flange were simulated respectively in this way.The thinning of blank was compared with computing results of incremental FEM.A forming experiment of cylinder part without flange was carried out.It shows the computing result is credible,the operation is simple and convenient,and the computing efficiency is improved.
