| 摘 要： | 对价值工程及其工作程序作了介绍,并对工程情况及几种比选方案进行了概述,根据价值工程,对各方案功能、总寿命成本进行了分析,在侧重安全、充分考虑进度和施工成本的情况下,决定采用双线轨道方案为最优方案。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the value engineering and operation procedure,gives general introduction on the selection of schemes and engineering situation,based on value engineering,analyzes functions and the total lifetime cost,and identifies the double-line track as the optimized scheme in the emphasis on safety,the full consideration of advancement and construction cost. |
