南方山荷叶内生真菌与根际真菌的多样性及相关性探讨

摘    要:对云南产南方山荷叶植物的内生真菌与根际真菌进行分离、鉴定,得到25株内生真菌和19株根际真菌,其中内生真菌分属于5个科、8个属,根际真菌分属于5个科、6个属.对这两组真菌作比较分析,显示出这两组真菌存在丰富的多样性和一定的相关性,并对植物内生真菌的起源作了初步探讨.

Abstract:The endophytic fungi and the rhizosphere fungi of Diphylleia sinensis, which grow in Zhongdian county, Yunnan province, were isolated. As a result, 25 fungal isolates,belonging to 8 genera, 5 families, were isolated from the rhizomes of Diphylleia sinensis. Meanwhile, 19 fungal isolates, belonging to 6 genera, 5 families, were obtained from the rhizosphere soil of this plant. The results show the diversity of the two kinds of fungi respectively. The correlation between endophytic fungi and rhizosphere fungi, and the origin of endophytic fungi were studied, too.
