马来酸单酯稀土在PVC自粘保鲜膜中的应用研究

摘    要:将马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂(RETM)用于保鲜膜中,并对用RETM作稳定剂的PVC自粘膜的成膜性、粘附性、透明性、防雾性等进行了研究,结果表明:马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂能改善PVC的塑化均匀性。提高熔体强度,改善自粘膜的成膜性。采用马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂的自粘膜的粘附性、防雾性比采用有机锡热稳定剂(京锡8831)要好,而透光性与京锡8831基本相当,因此可以代替昂贵的有机锡热稳定剂在PVC自粘保鲜膜中应用。

Abstract:A rare-earth maleic monoester (RETM) was used as heat stabilizer for PVC self-adhesive retaining freshness film, and the film forming property, adhesive power, transparency and anti-fog property of the PVC self-adhesive film were studied. The result shows that RETM can improves the plasticizing quality of PVC, raises the strength of melting and improves the film forming property as well. Compares with lingXi- 8831, a organ-tin heat stabilizer. The self-adhesive film added with RETM have better adhesive power and anti-fog property and their transparency is equal. So RETM can he substitute for high-priced organic-tin heat stabilizer used in PVC self-adhesive retaining freshness film.
