| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO和国家电力体制改革后 ,供电企业面临的问题和如何转变经营观念以求生存和发展是供电企业当务之急。供电企业应开拓市场 ,按国际标准运营企业 ,适应市场的变化 ,实行成本定额和零基预算 ,引入竞争机制 ,企业实施现代化管理等是当前首先要完成的任务。

| Abstract: | The issues the power supply enterprises are facing to after China has participated in WTO and the state power system has be reformed as well as how to change the ideas of business to sick for survival and development are urgent to power supply enterprises. The priory tasks for the power supply companies to carry out include the follows: opening up the market; operating the company according to the international standards; suiting to the market variation; implementing the cost quotation and zero-based budget estimation; introducing the competitive system and realizing the modernized management; etc.. |
