| 摘 要： | 为了避免企业资源计划(ERP)实施过程中的风险,保证ERP项目的成功实施,具体阐述了ERP实施一般过程及影响ERP实施的关键因素,建立了ERP实施过程评价指标体系,并给出了一种基于模糊Petri网的评价模型及评价方法.该评价模型直观简便,具有严密的数学理论支持,便于计算机实现,使ERP实施过程的评价达到定量化.最后给出相应实例予以说明.

| Abstract: | To successfully implement an Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) project and avoid the risks of the ERP project,the key factors which affect ERP implementation were discussed,a set of evaluation systems were established,and an evaluation model based on fuzzy Petri nets was proposed.The evaluation model supported by mathematic theory is simple and easy to implement computationally.The evaluation model proposes a quantitative evaluation method for the implementation of an ERP project.Finally,an example is presented to show that the model is effective for the ERP project evaluation. |
