电磁轨道智能车赛道检测方法研究

摘    要:为了提高电磁轨道寻迹小车信号检测系统的可靠性和准确性,提出基于电感传感器的信号检测方法,给出基于三传感器的赛道检测方案。与采用多传感器及开关电路的检测方案相比,该检测方案通过对信号进行差分处理和阈值比较的方法获取轨道信息并计算出准确的方向偏角,从而可减少传感器数目,扩大轨道检测系统工作特性的线性工作区。测试结果表明:采用该检测方案的小车,轨道检测系统工作稳定有效。

Abstract:In order to keep the AGV tracing signal detection system in high reliability and accuracy,a signal detection method with three-sensor detection program is proposed.Compared with other method with multi-sensor or switch circuit,the proposed one can not only reduce the number of sensors,but also expand the linear region of operating characteristics of a track detection system,because the exact direction of the angle can be calculated out when the differential signal processing and threshold comparison is considered.Test results show that,the track testing system is stable and effective.
