The suggestion on reform and development of higher education in Shaanxi province

The higher education in Shaanxi Province should strengthen overall coordination to promote the coordinated development of all kinds of higher education;the structure and layout of higher education should be improved;the integration of production,teaching and research shoulld be promoted to strengthen the service consciousness of universities and colleges;the education quality should be pushed improved;the courses,majors and the structure of the discipline to match the the demand of the society;As well the major efforts should be promoted to develop community-run education; and the higher education internationalization should be promoted,and so on.
