我国高校国家助学贷款风险成因与防范机制研究

加强我国高校国家助学贷款风险的防范,进一步促进教育公平和社会稳定成为社会各界普遍关注的问题。通过国家助学贷款开展中存在的问题方面着手,分析了国家助学贷款风险产生的原因,从贷前、贷中、贷后以及信用环境方面对如何防范国家助学贷款风险,加强贷款管理工作提出应做好学生贷款的贷前准备工作,对贷款学生的在校期间管理,对贷款学生毕业后的管理控制,加强助学贷款的信用环境建设,除了健全的个人信用系统,健全的法律约束制度,严厉的惩罚措施是必不可少的。

The research on the cause and the risk prevention mechanism of the National College Student Loan in China

To strengthen the rise prevention of the Vational College Student Loan and futher to promote the education equity and the social stability has become the focus of public attention. This article analyzes the cause of the national student loan from the existing problems and puts forward how to prevent the national student loan rishs to strengthen the management from the perspective of the before-in-after loan and the credit environment.It proposes to do well before the student loan,to mamage the student loan after the student＇s graduation and to enforce the student loan credit environment construction.In addition to the sound personal credit system and the sound legal restriction system,the serious punishment is necessary.
