摘    要:采用中镀后拉工艺生产超高强度镀锌钢丝,拉丝模具为4段式直线孔型,孔型主要参数:工作锥角度6°~8°,工作锥长度13~15 mm,定径带长度1~2 mm;镀后拉拔采用小压缩率多道次拉拔,部分压缩率约14%,中镀后拉拔钢丝的总压缩率达84%。解决了超高强度镀锌钢丝拉拔过程容易刮锌、断丝等质量问题,生产的Φ2.0 mm超高强度镀锌钢丝的性能指标:抗拉强度为2 190~2 380MPa,扭转为26~30次,弯曲为16~18次,锌层面质量≥156g/m2,可满足YB/T 5343—2009要求。

Abstract:Intermediate galvanized then drawing process is adopted to produce extra-high strength galvanized steel wire, wire drawing die is 4 parties linear hole pattern, the main parameter: working cone angle 6°to 8°, working cone length 13 to 15 mm, die bearing length 1 to 2 mm, small compressibility multi-pass drawing is adopted after galvanized. Partial com- pressibility is about 14%, total compressibility of drawing steel wire after intermediate galvanized reaches 84%, which solves the quality problem of zinc scratch and wire broken while extra-high strength galvanized steel wire is drawn. The properties index of produced diameter 2.0 mm extra-high strength galvanized steel wire are the follows: tensile strength is 2 190 to 2 380 MPa, torsion number is 26 to 30, bending number is 16 to 18, zinc coating mass quality is no less than 156 g/m^2, which satisfy YB/T 5343--2009 requirements.
