圆锥滚子轴承内圈挡边与滚子接触处的润滑

摘    要:挡边与滚子接触情况是影响352226型铁路轴承温升的主要原因之一.在对铁路轴承进行实验研究的基础上,借助SKF公司的经验,从理论上分析了圆锥滚子轴承内圈挡边和滚子接触处的润滑特性,通过对滚子与挡边在不同的接触点所形成的不同的摩擦力矩的特性曲线分析以及对滚子端面与挡边在不同润滑状况时跑合工作温度的试验,得出了滚子与挡边形成弹性流体动力润滑的条件,即圆锥滚子轴承的挡边与滚子接触位置应当保持在内圈挡边的中心.

Abstract:The contact condition of lip and roller is the main reason of temperaturc rising of railway bearing 352226.On the basis of testing the railway bearing and the experience of SKF,this paper analyzed the lubrication characteristics on contact position of inner ring lip and roller of tapered roller bearing.Through analyzing different characteristic curve of friction torque gotten from different contact position of lip and roller and running temperature test under different lubrication conditions between lip and roller face,the requirement of elastic hydrodynamics lubrication between lip and roller had been proved necessary,that is,the contact position between lip and roller should be at the center of inner ring lip.
