TiO2薄膜制备的研究

摘    要:以漂珠为载体,采用液相沉积法制备了TiO2膜,对成膜过程中的一些影响因素进行了研究,结果表明:氟钛酸浓度超过0.2 mol/L时,镀出的膜厚度较大;硼酸的含量只对成膜速度有影响,而不会影响膜的厚度;沉积时间越长所镀的膜也就越厚;当温度在20℃~30℃范围内时,成膜效果最好。

Abstract:Using floating beeds as a carrier,we have prepared the thin film of TiO2 by means of LPD.Factors that influence the process of the formation of the thin films of TiO2 are investigated.Results show that:when the concentration of H2TiF6 is above 0.2 mol/L,the film is thicker than it is under 0.2 mol/L.The content of H3BO3 will not affect the thickness of the films,but the velcity of forming them.The longer time of the deposition,the thicker is the film,and it is better to keep the temperature between 20 and 30 centigrade.
