轧机液压TCS-AGC控制与实践

摘    要:介绍轧机TCS系统中液压AGC的控制理论,对液压AGC系统中的液压厚度-压力闭环、液压厚度-辊缝闭环、压力AGC控制行系统分析和描述,对PI控制进行理论推理。对我单位CLECIM1700mm粗轧机液压厚度-压力控制环进行描述和分析,本文具有较强的针对性。

Abstract:This paper Introduced mill TCS system,hydraulic AGC control theory and analyzed the hydraulic system,hydraulic AGC thickness-pressure on the closed-loop,hydraulic thickness-rolls seam closed-loop,pressure AGC control system as well as the PI control of theoretical reasoning. The thickness of CLECIM1700mm roughing mill hydraulic-pressure control loop is described and analyzed.
