摘    要:某石化公司常减压蒸馏装置常压炉炉管已经超过设计寿命,有必要对其进行全面的检测和安全评定.经金相分析发现,其金相组织出现了珠光体中度球化现象.而通过对硬度及壁厚的检测,以及对炉管的化学成分分析和炉管壁厚的理论校核,认为在目前的工况条件下加热炉炉管仍可继续使用,为该设备的安全运行提供了科学依据.

Abstract:The atmospheric furnace tubes of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in a petrochemical company had been operating beyond their service life. It was extremely necessary to have an extensive testing and safety assessment. The metallographic analysis found mild spheroidization of pearlite in metallographic structures. The measurement of tube hardness and wall thickness as well as analysis of chemical compositions and theoretical checking confirmed that the furnace tubes could continue their operation at present operating conditions. The analysis provided a scientific basis for the safe reliable operation of equipment.
