低红外发射率水性聚氨酯的研究

摘    要:为满足红外隐身涂料成膜物的要求,采用在715~1250cm^-1波段红外透明性好的聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为软段,而以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,合成了低红外发射率水性聚氨酯。该树脂在8~14μm红外窗口红外光谱吸收峰少,红外发射率低,涂膜物理综合性能优良。

Abstract:In order to comply with the requirements of infrared stealth coating's film former, PCDL with high IR trans parent in 715-1 250 cm^-1 wave is adopted to be soft segment of Waterborne Polyurethane(PU) whose hard segment is IPDI. Compared with polyurethane in the market, this waterborne polyurethane has advantages in less infrared absorption peak, lower IR Emittance in the 8-14 μm infrared window and better comprehensive properties.
