| 摘 要： | 城市化对社会发展起着重要推动作用的同时也对人类的居住环境和生活质量产生不利的影响,甚至引起全球"城市病"危机,生态城市建设是21世纪城市可持续发展的主要方向。结合国家对生态城市建设的有关规定和西宁市的现状及其经济、地域特征,建立西宁市生态城市建设测度指标体系并运用SPSS进行主成分分析,揭示出西宁市发展过程中所面临的社会经济矛盾和资源环境问题,并提出了有效的调控对策。

| Abstract: | Urbanization has an important effect to push the society growth.But at the same time it has a harmful effect for our living environment and quality of life,worse more,it leads to the crisis of city-sick all over the world.Ecological city is the main direction for sustainable development of city in 21st century.Based on the regulation of ecological city construction about our country,and the present characteristics of economy and region in Xining,this article sets up the evaluation index system for ecology of Xining.By using SPSS for factor analysis,some social economic contradictory and environmental problems are proposed.At last,some effective solutions are put forward. |
