| 摘 要： | 工业建设项目工程是一个系统的复杂的工程,投入资金也是较高的。一般情况下,工业建设项目的总平面设计会对工程的总造价产生很大的影响。在工程工业建设项目施工中,总平面的设计合理与否直接关系到整个工程造价的高低。本文对工业建设中总平面的设计对工程造价影响的若干因素进行了分析,并提出了一些适当性的意见,希望对大家有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The industrial construction project is a systematic and complicated project, and its investment is also higher. Under normal circumstances, the general layout design for indu- strial construction projects will have a great influence on the total cost of the project. In the construction project of industrial construction, design is reasonable or not directly relates to the whole engineering cost. This paper makes an analysis of some factors influencing the project cost industrial construction in the general plan design, and puts forward some appropriate ad- vice, hoping to help. |
