| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争日益激烈现代社会,建筑施工企业能否在激烈的竞争中稳定立足,除了需要提高施工水平与质量外,更多地需要将目光投向成本控制与资金管理。本文针对建筑工程项目施工建设展开了讨论,分析了建筑工程施工时期成本控制的有效方法。
