深海集矿机测控系统的研究开发

摘    要:采用基于Compact PCI 接口的工业控制计算机组成网络, 利用自行开发测控软件和监控软件, 综合利用DGPS、水声定位技术等, 实现对深海自行式水力集矿机的智能控制, 成功地进行了130 m 水深的采矿系统综合湖试。试验表明深海集矿机测控系统稳定、可靠, 满足集矿机测控要求, 为采矿系统1 000 m 浅海试验奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:Intelligent control of self-walking hydraulic miner was achieved by using computer network which is based on industrial personal computers with compact PCI interface, self-developed control softwares and such techniques as DGPS and hydroacoustic positioning.Comprehensive tests on its mining system were succesfully carried out at the depth of 130m under the lake water surface.The tests showed that the control system can meet the requirments of the miner' s mornitoring and control due to its good stability and reliability, laying a foundation for performing the 1 000 m deep-sea tests of the mining system.
