谈技师学院模具预备技师人才的培养模式

根据劳动和社会保障部《关于推动高级技工学校技师学院加快培养高技能人才有关问题的意见》（劳社部发[2006]31号）的精神。《预备技师专业设置目录（暂行）》所对应的职业资格，实行预备技师培养考核制度中规定了专业名称模具制造与维修预备技师，对应职业资格名称工具钳工。一名模具技师作为企业的技术骨干，无不是从初级模具工——中级模具工——高级模具工——模具预备技师——模具技师——模具高级技师逐步发展而成的。从职业定向看。每类职业都按照自己的轨道循序渐进，都是由稚嫩走向成熟，从简单无序趋于复杂有序。要想成为一名社会所需的预备模具技师人才是需要学校、企业、自身三者共同付出的艰苦努力，在预备模具技师成长提高的道路上没有什么捷径可寻。以下笔者从技师的能力目标出发。就技师培养的模式和课程作了一些思考，一是缓解技师培养的燃眉之急,二是寻找技师培养的最佳途径。

Discussion about Cultivation Mode for Personnel of Preliminary Mold Technician Implemented at Technician Institute

According to spirit of Opinion of Relevant Issues of Promoting Senior Technician Institute to Speed Up cultivation of Highly Skilled Personnel by Ministry of Labor and Social Security （No.31 [2006] issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security）. According to corresponding vocational qualifications of Directory of specialties set for preliminary technician （provisional）, professional names, mold manufacturing and preliminary technician for maintenance are specified for implementing cultivation and assessing system, which is corresponding to professional qualifications, tools and fitters. Any mold technician gradually develops through following stages： primary mold worker-middle-class mold worker - senior mold worker - preliminary mold technician - mold technician - mold senior technician. According to vocational orientation, step-by-step progress is required for each type of career in accordance with its own track and realized from immaturity to maturity, from simplicity and disorder to complex and order. In order to become a preliminary mold technician personnel required by the society, hard effects are required from university, enterprise and technician himself. There is no shortcut on the way of growth and improvement for a preliminary mold technician. In the following content, the author provides some thoughts about modes and curriculum for technician cultivation in accordance with ability and objective of the technician to alleviate immediate and urgent demand for technician cultivation and seek the best approach for technician cultivation.
