| 摘 要： | 在渐开线齿轮内啮合传动中,影响齿轮变位系数选择的约束条件有20余种,它们与齿轮的啮合原理、强度条件和制造工艺有关.通过对这些约束条件的综合分析,可以排出各个约束条件的强弱顺序,找出内齿轮的最小齿数,齿轮的最小啮合角以及所选择的插齿刀的最大齿数.

| Abstract: | There are more than 20 restrictive conditions about the selection of the addendum modification coefficient in internal gear transmission.These restrictive conditions are concerned with the mesh principle, strength and the manufacturing technology of the gear. By the analysis of these conditions, the order of the restrictive conditions going from strength to weakness can be known.The minimum tooth of the internal gear, the minimum working pressure angle of the gear and the maximum tooth of the slotting tool can be determined. |
