锅炉受热面高温腐蚀的机理及防范措施

摘    要:在电厂燃煤锅炉检验中经常可以发现高温受热面,即水冷壁管、过热器管、再热器管发生高温腐蚀。从几个方面分析了某电厂B&WB-1025/18.44-M型锅炉水冷壁、屏式过热器、高温过热器产生高温腐蚀的机理主要原因,提出了缓解、防范高温腐蚀的措施,并总结了实验的结果及经验。

Abstract:In coal burning boilers examination of power plants,high temperature corrosion orion can be found on high-temperaturesurfaces,such as water wall tubes,superheater tubes and reheater tubes.This article analyzes the main reasons caused high temperature corrosion of water wall tubes,platen superheater tubes and high temperature superbeater tubes of the B&WB-1025/18.44-M boiler of one power plant.Some measures were presented to release high temperature corrosion.Also,the experimental results and experiences were concluded.
