河北省平原湿地减少原因分析

分析河北省平原湖泊和河流两类湿地现状及演变特点,探讨水资源匮乏的北方地区湿地保护的目标及修复措施。由于工农业用水量增大、流域下垫面发生重大变化、上游建设大量水利工程等原因,河北省平原湿地面积锐减,与20世纪50年代相比减少了97.6%;仅有的3处湖泊湿地也面临水源枯竭、生态环境退化的困境。为保证湿地的水源供给,急需制定河北省平原湿地的保护规划并进行流域间生态应急补水。

Analysis of cause of sharp decrease of wetlands in Hebei Plain

According to evaluation of the current status of plain lake wetlands and river wetlands in Hebei Province,and analysis of its evolution,the conservation target and remediation measures for wetlands in the northern areas with a lack of water resources were studied.The area of wetlands in Hebei Plain decreased enormously due to the increase of water demands of industry and agriculture,the large change of the underlying surface,and the construction of many water conservancy projects.In comparison with the 1950s,the wetland area was reduced by 97.6%.The only three lake wetlands left were also faced with the difficult situation of a drying up of water sources and deterioration of the eco-environment.It is urgent that protection planning be formulated,and ecological emergent water supply analysis be carried out between river basins in order to ensure the water supply to the wetlands.
