| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告首次提出在加强和改进思想政治工作中要注重人文关怀和心理疏导,这丰富了思想政治工作的内涵,拓宽了思想政治工作者的视野,也为高校大学生思想政治工作指明了方向。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治工作的骨干力量,在加强和改进大学生思想政治工作中,应充分发挥辅导员在人文关怀和心理疏导中的作用。

| Abstract: | In the report to the 17th National Party Congress,it is first proposed to attach importance to humanistic care and psychological guidance in the strengthening and improvement of the ideological and political work(IPW),enriching the connotation of IPW,enlarging visions of the people who engage in this work,and pointing out the direction for the IPW in universities.The counselors,the main work force in the field,should play full role in the humanistic care and psychological guidance. |
