基于DFMC产品设计业务流程的总体设计

随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展 ,产品生命周期大大缩短 ,使产品尽早上市已成为企业竞争的首要目标。由于产品开发设计阶段在定制产品整个生命周期中的重要地位 ,面向大规模定制生产模式的现代化产品设计技术 (简称DFMC ,DesignForMassCustomization)近年来已经成为国内外学术界和企业界研究与应用的重点。笔者提出了基于DFMC的产品设计方法 ,并且通过产品建模阶段和产品实例化阶段的业务流程图来说明其业务流程。

The Total Design of Product Plan Flow Based on DFMC

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the product "life cycle"is shortened, so it is the chief object in enterprise competition to seize on market. Due to the period of product exploitation and design play an important role in life cycle for all product, recently the modern design technology facing mass Customization (DFMC, design for mass customization) have been emphasized in research and application for the national and international academia. In this paper, the total design method based on DFMC is put forward. Furthermore, the product plan flow is illustrated by means of a flow chart for product modeling and instantiation.
