炼铁物料混匀技术研究进展

摘    要:使用混匀原料有利于稳定高炉生产,能够获得高产、优质、低耗的技术经济指标,提高原料混匀效果已逐渐成为原料处理工艺的核心环节。从矿石成分对混匀效果的影响、一次料场作业、堆积层数的合理性、检测手段、品种代替、堆取料作业等工艺方面,结合先进的堆取料设备,细致地总结和探讨了国内外的研究进展,并对宝钢矿石混匀工艺作了针对性的点评和展望。
