摘    要:借助一种新的传感器布置与信号处理方法,能够测量真正的平均流速与流量。通过对气一固两相流体的实验研究,证明了梯度相关理论与实验相符。针对长时间连续测量中出现的互协方差梯度波动问题,对光学传感器的数学模型与互协方差梯度计算方法进行了修正,提高了测量精度。

Abstract:-Measurement uncertainties of the transit time correlation method have not been satisfactorily solved for a long time. This paper presents a correlation gradient method with the use of a new sensor arrangement and signal processing scheme, which can solve the above problem and measure the true mean velocity and flow rate. Experiments in pneumatic conveyors prove that good agreement exists between theory and experiment. In order to overcome the fluctuation of the slope of the correlation function in a continuous test, a modification in the mathematical model of the optical sensor and the calculation method is introduced so as to effectively improve the measuring accuracy.
