多振动片式驻波型超声波电动机及其实验研究

摘    要:从振动理论出发,在单片式回转型超声波电动机的基础上,设计制作一台新型多片式超声波电动机的样机,通过对样机的性能进行测试,分析了电动机的谐振频率、输入电压和预压力对超声波电动机性能的影响,得出了提高超声波电动机性能的关键参数。

Abstract:From the theory of vibration ,on standing-wave rotary ultrasonic motor with single reed ,The author had designed and made a multiple vibrating reeds standing wave rotary piezoelectric motor. By the testing of performance of the motor. The author analyses that voltage, frequency and pressure affect on performance of the motor, and achieves some key parameters, which improves performance of the motor.
