锰掺杂LiNi0.8Co0.2O2的合成及电极性能研究

摘    要:为了获得高性能锂离子电池的正极材料,采用共沉淀法,对LiNi0.8Co0.2O2进行Mn元素的掺杂改性,考察了不同Mn掺杂量对LiNi0.8Co0.2O2材料的结构和其电化学性能的影响,并对材料进行X射线衍射、扫描电镜、循环伏安分析和恒流充放电测试。实验表明,锰掺杂改善了LiNi0。8Co0.2O2材料循环性能,LiNi0.78Nn0.02Co0.2O2的首次放电比容量达到180.8mA·h/g,50循环后放电比容量还能保持在169.8mA·h/g,50循环比容量保持率达到94%。

Abstract:Electrical Batteries play an important role in the automotive industry, and doping - modified LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 is a new promising candidate cathode materials for lithium secondary batteries. A series of Mn-doped LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 materials were synthesized via a coprecipitation method. The effects of Mn content on the electrochemical properties of the materials were investigated. The products were characterized by X -ray diffraction(XRD) , scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) , cycling voltammetry and gal-vanostatic cycle(0. 2C, 3. 0-4. 2V) . As the results, the cycling property of the materials was improved by Mn -doped. The first discharge specific capacities of LiNi0.78Mn0.02Co0.2O2 was over 180mAh/g, its discharge specific capacities could still retain about 170mAh/g after 50 cycles, and the specific capacity retention was up to 94% .
