| 摘 要： | 研究了化肥和有机肥对不同部位香料烟中不同种类腺毛密度的影响。结果表明:①肥料类型对长柄多细胞腺头腺毛密度影响较大,对长柄单细胞腺头腺毛密度有一定的影响,对短柄腺毛密度影响较小;②肥料类型对上部叶和中部叶腺毛密度影响较大,对下部叶腺毛密度影响较小;③施用有机肥能明显增加香料烟上部叶长柄多细胞腺头腺毛密度及总腺毛密度,纯施化肥的处理中部叶长柄多细胞腺头腺毛密度增加。 |

| Abstract: | The effects of chemical and organic fertilizers on glandular trichome density of oriental tobacco lamina from different stalk positions were experimented.The results showed that the density of multicell-headed trichome with long stalk was affected greatly by fertilizer type,that of monocellheaded trichome with long stalk was affected to a certain extent,and that of trichome with short stalk was influenced a little.The trichome density in upper and middle leaves was influenced more greatly than that in lower leaves by fertilizer type.Organic fertilizer obviously increases the density of multicellheaded trichome with long stalk and total trichome density of upper leaves,and chemical fertilizer increases the density of multicell-headed trichomes with long stalk of middle leaves. |
