摘    要:根据平均管与偏差管压降相等的原理,在考虑汽水两相摩擦阻力压降与局部阻力压降的基础上,建立了水冷壁流量偏差系数η1的迭代求解方法,与目前常用的方法相比,本方法能够反映出热负荷,蒸发段长度等对流量偏差系数的影响,在此基础上,用这两种方法分别计算了秦岭电厂400t/h燃煤直流锅炉50%运行负荷下的水冷 壁流量偏差系数,为该锅炉低负荷运行时的水动力调整提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the principle that there exists an equal pressure drop for a tube with average parameters and another one with deviation parameters the authors have wo rked out an iterative procedure for determining the flow rate deviation factor η1 of a boiler water-wall. This procedure has taken into account the pressur e dro p of both the steam/water two-phase friction resistance and the local resistanc e. In comparison with the method now often used by boiler makers the method reco m mended in the present paper allows to reflect the influence of heat load and the evaporating section length, etc on the flow rate deviation factor. The above tw o methods have been respectively employed to calculate the water-wall flow rate deviation factor of a 400 t/h coal-fired once-through boiler installed at Qinl in g Power Plant, which has been operating at 50% of rated load. Thanks to the abov e calculations an underlying basis has been provided for conducting due hydrodyn amic adjustments to the above-cited boiler during its low-load operation.
