| 摘 要： | 实训教学是培养技能型人才的重要教学环节。教育部2006年16号文件指出“人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性，实验、实训、实习是三个关键环节。”本文结合教学实践，对职业技术院校数控技术实训教学的环节作了探讨，并对实训中容易出现的问题提出了改进措施。
