| 摘 要： | 大量病险工程的存在和特大型水工程的不断建设,以及以人为本、和谐社会的工程开发营运理念的不断深入,国家和社会对涉及公共安全的水工程安全保障工作提出了更高的要求。为了确保我国水资源开发的安全高效,提高我国水工程安全管理水平,需要转变工程安全理念,强调坝工领域与其它学科的交叉融合,大力开展水工程病变机理分析和安全保障技术的自主创新研究。文中在对水工程安全研究现状和发展趋势进行评述的基础上,提出了水工程病变机理与安全保障分析中亟待解决的热点问题,并对这些热点问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | There are many unsafe hydraulic engineerings in China.Huge hydraulic engineerings are built at present or in the future.Harmonious ideal is an important aim on developing and working of these hydraulic engineerings.As public works of nation and society,safety of hydraulic engineerings need to be assured all the time.Based on above aim,conventional safety ideal need to be changed.The theories and methods need to be integrated and crossed between dam field and other subjects.Firstly,this paper reviews the study actuality and development trend of hydraulic engineerings safety.The hot problems solved urgently are proposed and studied. |
