| 摘 要： | 介绍了固相革取（SPE）、固相微革取（SPME）、固相革取搅拌椒SBSE）、固相膜革取（ME）和固相革取瓶（VSPE）技术及它们的新进展。讨论了它们的特点和适用范围，着重介绍了这些技术在农药残留分析和环境有机污染物方面的应用。

| Abstract: | Solid phase extraction techniques, such as solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, stir bar sorptive extraction, membrane extraction and vial sorptive extraction, are described and reviewed. Their characteristics and applicability are discussed. The applications of these techniques on the analysis of pesticides and organic pollutants in agriculture and environmental samples are presented and discussed. |
