摘    要:介绍了攀钢钒炼铁厂360 m2烧结机自投产以来,通过采取一系列的攻关措施,如解决设备问题,提高烧结 机作业率;工艺改进、烧结强化,提高烧结机利用系数;强化生产操作,提高烧结矿质量;实现了烧结矿产质量的提 高。2010年利用系数为1.415 t/(m 2 ·h)、作业率为96.52%、转鼓强度为73.27%,固体燃耗为45.27 kg/t,2011 年1-6月平均利用系数为1.425 t/(m 2 ·h)、作业率为97.39%、转鼓强度为73.61%,固体燃耗为47.96 kg/t。

Abstract:The improvements on 360 m2 sintering machine have been made since it started operation in 2009 at Panzhihua vanadium iron works.The equipment in good condition assured the operating rate of sintering machine.Process improvement enhanced the utilization coefficient and sinter quality,the utilization coefficient of sintering reached 1.415 t/(m2·h),the operating rate 96.52%,the drum strength 73.27% and solid fuel consumption 45.27 kg/t in 2010.The utilization coefficient of sintering was 1.425 t/(m2·h),the operating rate 97.39%,the drum strength 73.61% and solid fuel consumption 47.96 kg/t on January to June 2011.
