AS/ABS/CPE共混体系的力学性能和断裂形态

摘    要:用流变方法研究了ABS树脂与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的相容性。通过力学性能的测试和电镜观察研究了AS/ABS/CPE共混体系力学性能与组成、工艺、形态结构的关系。结果表明,在AS/CPE共混体系中加入ABS后,改善了AS与CPE的相容性,使该共混体系的力学性能有明显的提高。

Abstract:The compatibility of ABS and CPE was studied with rheological experienments. Relations between mechanical properties of AS/ABS/CPE blends and morphologies, compositions, processing temperature of the blends were investigated by means of mechanical performance tests and SEM. The results show that the compatibility and the mechanical performances of AS/CPE blends were improved with the adding of ABS. The mechanical performances of AS/ABS/CPE blends are superior to those of AS/CPE blends.
