马钢2500m~3高炉炉役后期护炉实践

摘    要:马钢1号2500 m3高炉94年投产,设计寿命8年,直到2005年4月2号铁口区域炉缸冷却壁水温差出现异常升高现象,高炉已经到了炉役末期。通过有效地使用操作技术和护炉技术来调整高炉,强化高炉操作管理和基础管理,高炉技术经济指标在炉役末期延续了原有的高水平,高炉利用系数基本达到2.4t/m3.d,保证了高炉最大限度地发挥产能,达到了护炉保产的目标。

Abstract:No. 1 2500m^3 BF of Masteel had been put into production in 1994, until the differential temperature of water for cooling stave at hearth near No.2 taphole area increases abnormally, BF got to an- aphase life. By adapting efficient operation and protection hearth technology , Intensify operation and foundation management, the ecomomic and technical indexes kept high level in anaphase , its productivity achieved 2.4 t/m^3· d, resulting in optimization of furnace production and protection.
