聚乙烯管材热熔对接焊冲击性能的研究

摘    要:应用仪器化冲击试验机对聚乙烯热熔对接焊的冲击性能进行了测试,并对几种实际焊接情况进行了分析。结果表明,冲击试验可以作为评价热熔焊接品质的有效方法;工程中应避免PE100、PE80与PE63的焊接;当被焊管材的标准尺寸比(SDR)不 同时,焊接部位的冲击性能大幅度下降。

Abstract:Impact strength of fusion butt welding joint of polyethylene pipes was tested with a digital impact tester, and some actual fusion welding cases were commented. It is found that the welding between PE100 or PE80 with PE63 should be avoided, because of the difference in SDR, the impact strength at welding joint may be very low. It was suggested that impact test constituted a feasible method for evaluating the quality of butt welding joint.
