摘    要:为研究内燃机车冷却系统中各元件工作性能匹配性及在工作过程中物理参数变化的问题,将冷却系统简化为原理模型,使用内燃机仿真软件GT-SUITE的COOL模块与CFD计算软件Fluent搭建冷却系统虚拟样机,实现一维与三维流动问题的耦合计算,获得散热器内空气流动的温度与速度变化矢量图。计算了中冷器、机油热交换器及静液压油热交换器的工作温度变化情况,并验证了气缸套传出的热量与冷却水吸收的热量相平衡。试验值与计算值的最大相对误差小于5%,通过试验验证了模型计算结果的准确性和可行性。

Abstract:The diesel locomotive cooling system was simplified to the theoretical model. The cooling system virtual prototype was built by using software of GT-COOL and Fluent. The flowing questions of cooling system were solved by one-dimension and three-dimension coupling calculation.
