部分小麦品种的高相对分子质量谷蛋白亚基组成分析

摘    要:利用电泳技术分析了94个国产小麦样品的高相对分子质量谷蛋白亚基组成,结果表明:这些小麦品种大部分具有1A上的优质亚基1,1B上的优质亚基7 8/17 18,1D上的5 10,个别品种还同时具有1A、1B、1D上的优质亚基;我国的小麦品种高相对分子质量谷蛋白亚基组成类型较丰富,共检测到16种亚基和28种亚基组合类型,品质评分4~10分,平均为6.9分;在小麦品种中,含有优质亚基5 10、17 18或2*,分别有44、5和13个品种,可供优质小麦育种应用.

Abstract:The high molecular weight subunit(HMW) in glutenin subunits composition of 94 Chinese wheat lines were separated by SDS-PAGE.The result are as follows: 1.the most of good cultivars have good subunits such as 1,7 8,or 5 10 respectively coded by Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1,and a few of cultivars have the good subunits 1,7 8/17 18 and 5 10;2.The HMW-GS compositions of 94 cultivars in China were abundant,and 16 subunit patterns and 28 subunit combinations were detected in these cultivars.The mean quality score of the 94 cultivars was 6.9,ranging from 4 to 10;3.The 44 cultivars carry 5 10 high quality subunits,5 cultivars carry 17 18 subunit and 13 cultivars carry 2 subunit,the results can be applied in the quality breeding program.
