驳船钢丝绳质量改进

摘    要:驳船钢丝绳使用中易出现早期压扁与断丝,原因是其在无绳槽卷筒上多层缠绕时不能整齐排列。提高驳船钢丝绳使用寿命的措施:尽可能消除捻制应力,重视钢丝绳生产过程中的润滑,控制钢丝绳实际直径,采用压实股钢芯等。采取相应预防措施后,钢丝绳质量得到改善,达到国际先进水平。还需要进一步研究钢芯参数合理设计与钢丝绳紧密捻制技术。

Abstract:Wire rope for barge is easy to appear early flattening and wire breaking in use, the primary cause is that it can not arrange in order when muhi-layer wind on reel without rope groove. The measures to increase service life of wire rope for barge are : to eliminate lay stress to the full as far as possible, to pay attention to the lubrication of wire rope in production, to control practice diameter of wire rope and to adopt compacted strand steel core. The quality 6f wire rope gets improvement rapidly after adopting corresponding prevention measures, it reaches international advanced level. The problems to be further researched are: rational design of steel core parameters and compacted lay technology of wire rope.
