摘    要:PCBN刀具硬态干式切削是一种新的切削加工技术,应用广泛。本文在二维切削简化模型的基础上,研究了有限元仿真关键技术,并结合ABAQUS通用有限元程序的特点和实际切削工况,对AISI4340钢硬态切削过程进行仿真。在一定的切削用量下,模拟获取并分析了等效应力、等效塑性应变云图、切削力变化曲线以及切屑的温度场分布。该方法很好地弥补了传统试验方案的缺陷,成为研究硬态干式切削机理的有效方法。

Finite Element Simulating of Hard-dry Cutting Course for AISI4340 Steel with PCBN Tool

Abstract:PCBN cutting tools hard dry cutting is a new kind of machining process and is widely used.In this thesis,on the basis of the simplified 2D model,the key technology of the simulation was studied profoundly. And combined with the character of ABAQUS,the actual machining condition and the simulation of hard-dry cutting in steel AISI4340 were achieved in ABAQUS.Cutting stress,cutting strain,the distribution of cutting force and temperature field were obtained under the certain number of cutting parameter.This method would become an effective way to study mechanism of hard-dry cutting.
