摘    要:在柴油机的可靠性研究当中,油液监测是一个主要手段,但它的分析周期较长,成本较高,得到的设备信息较少。因此应用灰色理论中GM(1,1)模型和A型灰关联度对柴油机油液监测数据进行分析,得出在贫信息的情况下,GM(1,1)模型是数据重现和预测的有效工具,同时通过灰关联分析,得出油样黏度、磨损元素与直读铁谱数值的关联度,为设备状态评判的相互印证和推判奠定了基础。

Abstract:Oil monitoring is major measure for engine reliability analysis,however,it still has the problems such as long analysis period,high cost and less information supplied.GM(1,1)model of grey theory and a grey relational grade were applied to analyze the data of diesel engine oil monitoring.The results show that for the condition with inadequate information,GM(1,1)is a valid tool for fitting and forecasting.Through grey relational analysis the relational grades of oil viscosity,the consistency of wearing elements and the direct reading ferrograph data are acquired,providing the basis for mutual confirmation and reasoning judgment of running conditions in diesel engine.
