中小型水库洪水预报软件的研发与应用

摘    要:介绍了中小型水库洪水预报软件的系统设计框架、流程、功能设置等,并详细阐述了产流模型计算方法和汇流模型计算方法。以安地水库为实例,介绍了该软件的应用情况。应用结果表明,1991年4月和2001年6月2场暴雨的预报数据与实测数据较接近,准确率为85%左右;同时经过一段时间的运行和通过多次模拟计算,使该预报软件逐步适应了安地水库的实际情况,预报精度有了进一步提高。

Abstract:The design frame,procedure and function etc.of the flood prediction system for medium and small reservoirs are introduced in the paper.The computation methods by runoff model and flow concentration model are also given in detail.Taking Andi Reservoir as a case,the application of its software is offered.The result shows that the prediction data of the storms in April 1991 and in June 2001 are very close to the measured data,with the accuracy rate of about 85%.The prediction software is gradually adapted to t...
