The experimenta study on the change of diffraction beam position caused by a small angle variation of grating |

| Abstract: | By means of the aproximate calculation,the relation between the incident angle and diffractive angle is investigated under the condition of small angle variation of grating.The experimental and theorytical results are shown in this paper. |
